Unleashed Flag is committed to providing a competitive, safe, and respectful environment for athletes, coaches, officials, staff, families, and spectators. Participation in any Unleashed Flag event constitutes agreement to the standards outlined below.

Participation Standards

Sportsmanship and Respect

All participants must demonstrate respect toward opponents, officials, staff, and spectators at all times. Harassment, taunting, threats, or discriminatory conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Conduct Toward Officials

Officials play a critical role in maintaining fair competition. Their decisions are final. Verbal abuse, intimidation, or any form of physical contact directed at an official may result in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from the event.

Violence and Safety

Fighting, physical altercations, or any behavior intended to cause harm will result in immediate removal from the event. Additional disciplinary action, including suspension from future participation, may be imposed.

Alcohol, Drugs, and Weapons

Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited at all Unleashed Flag events, venues, and surrounding facilities used for league or tournament operations.

Social Media and Public Representation

Participants are expected to represent Unleashed Flag in a professional and respectful manner both on and off the field, including in online activity and social media communications that relate to events, teams, or the organization.

Enforcement and Disciplinary Authority

Unleashed Flag reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct and take action as deemed appropriate to protect the integrity of its events and the safety of participants. Disciplinary measures may include warnings, removal from an event, suspension, or permanent restriction from participation.

All decisions made by Unleashed Flag officials and event administrators regarding conduct enforcement are final.

Reporting Concerns

Participants, parents, coaches, or spectators who observe behavior inconsistent with this Code of Conduct are encouraged to report concerns to event staff or contact the organization directly.
