Refund Policy

Unleashed Flag commits resources, staffing, venues, and scheduling well in advance of each event. This Refund Policy explains how entry fees, cancellations, and credits are handled for leagues, tournaments, and programs.

Participation in any Unleashed Flag event constitutes agreement to this policy.

Entry Fees

All entry fees are considered final once payment is submitted, unless otherwise stated in writing by Unleashed Flag prior to the event. Fees cover operational costs, scheduling, staffing, and venue commitments made in advance.

Event Cancellation by Unleashed Flag

If Unleashed Flag cancels an event, refunds or credits may be issued at the organization’s discretion. Factors considered may include timing, operational costs already incurred, and whether rescheduling is possible.

Weather and Circumstances Beyond Control

No refunds will be issued for events impacted by weather conditions, facility restrictions, public safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond the organization’s control.

Unleashed Flag will make reasonable efforts to adjust schedules or formats when possible to allow competition to proceed.

Team or Participant Withdrawal

Teams or participants who withdraw after completing registration are not eligible for refunds. Event planning, scheduling, and bracket development begin immediately following registration confirmation.

Credits in Place of Refunds

In certain situations, Unleashed Flag may issue event credits instead of refunds. Credits:

  • May be applied toward future Unleashed Flag events

  • Are non-transferable

  • Must be used within the timeframe specified at issuance

Administrative Decisions

All determinations regarding refunds, credits, scheduling adjustments, or cancellations are made by Unleashed Flag event administrators. Decisions are final and made in consideration of event logistics, fairness, and operational commitments.
