MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Kevin Dickens Jr.

Kevin Dickens Jr. brings more than two decades of competitive flag football experience and high-level athletic leadership to the Unleashed Flag Foundation. A former collegiate student-athlete at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (Track & Field), he understands firsthand the discipline, preparation, and mental resilience required to perform at elite levels.

Beyond individual accolades, Kevin has served in leadership and developmental roles across multiple levels of athletics — including collegiate basketball operations and high school coaching — reinforcing his commitment to building athletes both on and off the field.

His athletic background is not rooted solely in winning, but in cultivating culture, accountability, and championship standards.

Kevin’s professional recruiting background uniquely strengthens his approach to athlete development and talent identification.

With years of experience in national recruitment and talent management, he developed expertise in evaluating performance, building structured pipelines, guiding individuals through competitive placement processes, and aligning talent with opportunity. Those same systems now shape how he approaches athlete exposure, development pathways, and long-term advancement within Unleashed Flag.

As President of the Unleashed Flag Foundation, Kevin combines elite athletic insight, structured recruiting strategy, and operational leadership to create meaningful pathways for youth and high school athletes — particularly young women — to develop skills, gain exposure, and compete with confidence.

His vision is clear:

MEET our Secretary

Stephanie Raymond

Stephanie Raymond brings professional pedigree, championship leadership, and a visionary commitment to youth development to Unleashed Flag.

A former standout at Northern Illinois University, Stephanie’s elite basketball career led to her selection as the 20th overall pick in the second round of the 2007 WNBA Draft by the Chicago Sky. She continued her professional journey overseas, competing for four years in FIBA leagues across Turkey, Poland, and Ukraine. Those international experiences sharpened not only her competitive edge, but her cultural awareness, discipline, and leadership on and off the court.

In 2016, Stephanie expanded her athletic career into flag football, beginning with Absolute Athletics, a respected Chicago-based flag organization. She later transitioned into indoor 7v7 tackle football as the quarterback for the Chicago Blitz, where she led the team to a 2022 National Championship and earned Offensive Player of the Year honors. Her versatility across women’s non-contact, contact, and coed USA Flag–sanctioned tournaments reflects both her adaptability and high football IQ.

Beyond accolades, Stephanie is driven by purpose. She brings a relentless competitive spirit, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to empowering youth—particularly young women at the high school level. Through Unleashed Flag, her mission is to build confident athletes, cultivate character, and create meaningful opportunities for the next generation to compete, lead, and thrive.

Datryan Evans

Datryan Evans is a trusted and dependable leader for Team Unleashed, bringing both financial expertise and athletic excellence to the organization. As a Tax Consultant and financial coach, Datryan specializes in strategic financial management, precision, and accountability. In addition, he serves as a Transportation Supervisor, where he leads and supports a team of drivers with integrity and strong organizational leadership. His background in financial oversight and operations makes him a valuable asset in ensuring Unleashed Flag delivers elite, high-quality tournaments.

Datryan’s competitive foundation is rooted in a collegiate and professional football career. With over 10 years of flag football experience, he has competed at the highest levels of the sport, winning multiple tournaments and even playing in a World Championship flag game. His athletic background instilled discipline, resilience, and a team-first mindset—qualities he continues to bring to every role he serves.


As Treasurer of Unleashed Flag, Datryan is committed to reliability, transparency, and excellence. His passion for both the game and organizational success makes him a strong leader dedicated to helping Team Unleashed thrive on and off the field.
