By registering for, attending, or participating in any Unleashed Flag event, camp, league, or tournament, all participants, parents, guardians, coaches, and spectators agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Registration

All participants must meet the age, division, and eligibility requirements for their respective event. Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received. Unleashed Flag reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may adjust participation if requirements are not met.

Assumption of Risk

Flag football and related athletic activities involve inherent physical risks. By participating, individuals voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including injury. Unleashed Flag is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during events except where required by law.

Conduct and Sportsmanship

All participants, coaches, parents, and spectators must comply with the Unleashed Flag Code of Conduct. Unsportsmanlike behavior, safety violations, or failure to follow event rules may result in removal from an event without refund.

Payments and Financial Responsibility

All registration fees must be paid in accordance with published deadlines. Failure to submit payment by the required date may result in forfeiture of participation rights, removal from brackets, or reassignment of event placement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the official Unleashed Flag Refund Policy. No refunds are issued for forfeits, weather-related delays, rule violations, or participant removal due to conduct issues.

Schedule and Format Changes

Unleashed Flag reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, divisions, or event formats when necessary due to operational, safety, or facility considerations. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

Media Release

By participating in any event, participants grant Unleashed Flag permission to use photographs, video, and likenesses for promotional, organizational, and media purposes unless prior written notice is provided.

Enforcement and Authority

Unleashed Flag retains final authority regarding rule interpretation, eligibility decisions, and disciplinary actions. Decisions made by event administrators and officials are final.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any Unleashed Flag program or event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
