Financial Transparency POlicy

Unleashed Flag Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for youth athletes through competitive flag football, athlete development, education, leadership, exposure, and community-based programming.

This Financial Transparency Policy outlines how the Foundation generates and manages revenue, allocates program and operational expenses, and makes financial decisions in support of its charitable mission.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Unleashed Flag Foundation is committed to responsible financial stewardship, accurate recordkeeping, transparency, and ensuring that organizational resources are used to further the Foundation’s mission of building athletes, developing leaders, and strengthening communities.

Revenue generated through tournament registrations, showcases, clinics, camps, sponsorships, donations, grants, fundraising activities, spectator admissions, merchandise, and other Foundation programs is used to support programming and organizational operations. These funds may cover expenses including facilities, officials, equipment, awards, insurance, staffing and contractors, travel, marketing, technology, athlete programming, event production, scholarships or financial assistance, and other costs directly related to carrying out the Foundation’s mission.

Financial decisions are made with consideration for both mission impact and long-term sustainability. The Foundation seeks to responsibly reinvest its resources into programs, events, athlete opportunities, community initiatives, organizational infrastructure, and future growth.

Unleashed Flag Foundation also maintains appropriate separation between its financial activities and those of any affiliated or related for-profit business, including Unleashed Flag LLC.

Foundation funds and assets are managed for nonprofit purposes and are not intended for the private benefit of individuals or affiliated businesses except for legitimate, documented goods or services provided to the Foundation.

Through responsible stewardship and financial accountability, Unleashed Flag Foundation works to ensure that every resource entrusted to the organization helps create meaningful opportunities for the athletes, families, and communities we serve.

Revenue Sources

Unleashed Flag generates revenue through multiple operational channels, which may include:

Expense allocations are evaluated based on event needs, operational priorities, and long-term organizational goals.

Financial Management and Business Discretion

Financial decisions, budgeting, and operational spending are managed internally by Unleashed Flag ownership and administrative leadership. Detailed financial records are maintained privately and are not publicly distributed. However, financial information may be shared selectively with sponsors, partners, or governing stakeholders under appropriate agreements.
